
Founded over 50 years ago our parent company Commercial Plastics has always been an industry leader in plastic design and processing. In 1969 the company moved from George St. in Chicago to its current site in Mundelein, Illinois. The early days of plastic injection molding focused on a proprietary line of house ware products and eventually grew to a custom offering of products for the world's top corporations that included Xerox, Honeywell, Hewlett-Packard, Mitsubishi, Siemens and Brunswick. In 2009 OC International was established with the development, design, and engineering of the patented Crystal Chiavari chair for the retail, event, and hospitality industries. Technology and design has always been our focus when developing products. We have added more collections since then, including now the Reiya Collection, and hope to keep growing through technology, innovation and design.

Sustainability & Environment
In 2008, we outfitted our entire 105,000 sqft facility with new lighting using 60% less energy. Our 20+ acres not used for manufacturing, we have outsource to be farmed for more than 10 years. “Lean Manufacturing” principles are maintained by Commercial Plastics Company’s ISO 9001:2008 certification. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world’s largest developer and publisher of International Standards for business, government and society. ISO is a network of the national standards institutes of 157 countries, one member per country, with a Central Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland.
LEED™ Certification

No product can be LEED™ Certified; certification is only granted to the entire building or interior. A project is LEED™ Certified by qualifying for credits that accrue when environmentally sound choices are made in the design and building process. Product choices can help the project qualify for LEED™ Certification by being environmentally sound. Some jurisdictions require new construction to have a minimum number of LEED™ Credits.
Specifying OC International’s Reiya Collection contributes to credit #4.2, Recycled Content because it is made of 50% post consumer recycled material. Also, specifying OC International furniture contributes to credit #5.1, Regionally Manufactured Materials when shipped projects within 500 miles of our Mundelein, IL facility, and the recycled material used is processed in Illinois adding another credit contribution.
Warranty
Reiya Collection: Including all metal bases manufactured by OC International are warranted to the original purchaser for 5 full years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Swivel caster base and gas lift mechanisms are warranted under the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Crystal Chiavari Collection: manufactured by OC International is warranted to the original purchaser for 3 full years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
During the periods stated above OC International will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product. This warranty does not apply to improperly installed, handled, abused, damaged, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized agencies. Under no circumstances will the buyer be entitled to consequential or incidental damages. OC International reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged OC International product, and all costs of shipping the OC International product to OC International at 800 Allanson Road, Mundelein, IL 60060 for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser.
This warranty also does not include scratches or discoloration and deterioration of plastic (due to harsh cleaners, such as Fantastik®), or floor glide wear. Please see cleaning solutions guide.
In order to recover under this limited warranty, Purchaser must make claim to OC International within 30 days of occurrence, and must present acceptable proof of original ownership (such as original receipt, warranty card registration, on-line registration, or other documentation OC International deems acceptable) for the product.
Terms

First time orders: OC International requires a 50% deposit upon order and balance due before shipping. Prices do not include shipping; shipping quotes may be obtained by contacting OC International Customer Service at 847.566.1700 or sales@ecommercialplastics.com. OC International accepts checks or most major credit cards. OC International requires a 10% restocking fee on returned orders of standard products. Custom colors for finishes for custom products may not be returned.
In order to open an account with OC International, we require a valid credit card on file. In order to receive credit terms, please submit your credit references and credit card information. Net 30 terms require a bank reference and four current vendor references who are currently giving terms. You will be notified within 30 business days if you received credit terms. All open invoices that are past due are subject to 1 ½% per month finance charge of the outstanding balance. When payments are late, it is at our discretion to charge your valid credit card for the outstanding balance and interest charges.
Drop Ship Terms & Agreement for Retailers

All drop ship orders will be acknowledged and filled within 2-3 business days of receipt or order. All orders received after 12 PM E.S.T. will be considered received for the following business day.
If merchandise is out of stock, you will be notified within 2 business days of receipt of your order.
Upon written request, tracking information will be provided within 48 hours of shipment (24 hours for overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day select orders).
All overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day select orders must be received by 12 PM E.S.T. in order to be shipped within the same day (no exceptions).
Inventory will be transmitted to the retailers supplied email address on a weekly basis.
The retailer is responsible for payment to OC International for product cost and freight expense if applicable.
All orders will be shipped UPS or FedEx Ground 3rd Party unless otherwise specified in writing by retailer. Shipping Agreement signed on Credit Application.
OC International will charge a $0.00 per piece handling fee charge.
OC International will charge a 15% restocking fee for any items returned for any reason other than manufacturer damage. The restocking fee is based on the wholesale price of the item. The retailer will incur the cost of return freight and any handling charges incurred. All returns must be packaged in the original packaging and properly packed to avoid damages.
OC International will accept exchanges for damaged goods only.
Payment terms are credit card unless specified. Delay in payment will result in delayed shipping for any future orders.
OC International must have a signed copy of this agreement executed by an officer of the company prior to the beginning of the drop ship program.
